Refund policy
You can return the item back to us but with Terms & conditions applies.
If the item is Contact lens, Solutions & Eye Drops:
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Due to hygienic reasons Health & Beauty products (Contact lenses, Solutions & Eye Drops) may only be returned if defective, please see our warranty for further information. As they are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within 15 days.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (Unless Found Defective)
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
If the item is Sunglass, Frame, Accessories:
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging (unless item is defective).
- Item(s) must have all tags and stickers attached.
- If you would like to exchange the item to different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order through the website.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (Unless Found Defective)
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
